If you'd recall vividly, you'd remember the incident about Kanye and a photographer at LAX Airport. Well, things might have been going well for Kanye until now, he's been charged to court with criminal Battery and attempted Grand Theft.

If found guilty, he's to face a year or two in prison.

Switzerland Officials Apologizes To Oprah Winfrey Over Her Racism Encounter.

Oprah Winfrey recently revealed that she encountered racism when she visited Switzerland during her interview on "Entertainment Tonight". What was the racist comment?? She told Entertainment Tonight that a store clerk refused to show her a handbag, claiming that it was "too expensive" for her. Yeah, she got pretty angry about the whole thing that she had to block her talkshow from being viewed in Switzerland.

However, Switzerland's tourism agency somehow obtained  the information and quickly sent an apology letter to her stating "Switzerland Tourism is deeply sorry to learn about the experience Ms. Winfrey recently had in Switzerland, and we apologize that her feelings were hurt. We would like to assure Ms. Winfrey - like any visitor to Switzerland - that she is welcome with open arms"  while another Official took to twitter and updated "One very stupid saleswomen is not a representative for the whole country".
 Well, Oprah has not responded to any of the apologizes.

I guess that the case is half-resolved now.

The host of Chelsea lately, Chelsea Handler, is currently out, maybe doing her usual trips to God knows where, left the host's chair a bit warm but no worries, as one of the most insulted celeb on the show is there to occupy the seat and pour down her vengeance(August 5th).Thus,marking her first appearance on TV after her life in a Rehab facility. The actress wore a leather pants, head-to-toe black sleeveless dress, her blings and a warm smile.
