“Omate Truesmart”, it’s just like a Smartphone on your wrist.

The smartwatch, unlike others will be able to use micro-sim card to make use of its 3G chip, which will allow the owner to make voice calls, run apps, send social media messages without having to be paired with a Smartphone or a tablet which appears to be an option. The tricky part is that the smartwatch will run on Google’s Android 4.2.2 operating system, touch screen of the size 1.5in, supports GPS location, can be operated via gesture controls, an internal memory of about 4 gigabytes, and well, of course, water resistant.
A co-founder of Omate smartwatch claims that the development of the watch has been carried out for a while now and that they presently have a factory in Shenzhen, China ready to go into production. He also added that they have working prototypes but not of the final designs. The device is also equipped with a 5 megapixel camera on its side. As gathered, the South Korean firm is yet to announce the Smartwatch’s release date.
