Justin Bieber to Play Robin in Superman Vs Batman?

Last month, Justin Timberlake announced that he would like to take the role as the Riddler on Jim and Kim’s Radio station and now, another celebrity has taken interest in Batman's sidekick, Robin for Man of Steel 2.

The “Boyfriend” singer is tired of late night club and music production as he uploaded a photo on instagram of him holding up a script that seems to belong to the movie “Man of Steel 2” with a little writeup on the cover page “Robin”. However, I’m betting that the movie’s producer, Synder, hasn’t gotten any statement about the whole “I-wanna-play-Robin” scandal.

The dust has settled on the choice for batman as Ben Affleck was the chosen one and superman will still be played by Henry Cavill as he portrayed a better Superman in the previous sequel of Man Of Steel.

Personally, I doubt if Justin Bieber would make a good Robin and in the case of the Riddler, Justin Timberlake would be a good character.

James Bond’s ‘Spy Who Loved me’ Submarine Car On sale In London

The white Lotus Esprit, which transformed into a submarine in the 1977 movie starring Roger Moore as 007, was expected to sell for up to 950,000 pounds ($1.48 million).

Known as “Wet Nellie” on the set of the film, the fully operational submarine car was among the contents of a storage unit in Long Island, New York, which was bought by a couple in a “blind” public auction in 1989.
Although six Esprit body shells were used in filming, only one was converted into a “submarine car,” RM Auctions said. The car was placed in a prepaid storage unit for 10 years after filming. The contents of storage unit were sold sight unseen in 1989 when rental payments for the unit fell into delinquency.

I think he’s a brilliant filmmaker. I think he’s an extreme talent so he could surprise a lot of people” and when hit with the question whether he would like to play Batman’s sidekick Robin, he said “Not a chance in hell..I ain’t playing Batman’s sidekick. I have no aspiration to ever be a superhero in a movie.

James Spader was announced as the right guy to play a self-aware android supervillian Ultron by Marvel in a recent meeting. During the last Comic-Con, writer and director Joss Whedon spilled a spoiler stating that the Avengers 2 will be called Avengers: Age of Ultron. Just to refresh your brain on who this guy is, James Spader played an Egyptologist Daniel Jackson in Stargate. Lee Thompson Young's Funeral.

A memorial was held in honor of the deceased, Lee Thompson Young, yesterday. It was a private memorial which took place at the Paramount Lot in Hollywood around 11am on Friday. Lee’s parent requested for donations made to the Young storytellers Foundation instead of the usual flowers.

Most people wore white including the dancers and performers in respect to Young’s Ifa practice. His co-stars also shared some of their best moments with Lee.
“Everyone there was celebrating his life which is what he would have wanted; He wanted everyone to come together and be a big family, so that is what we did. We came together to celebrate him and his life”- a friend of the deceased.

Actor Lee Thompson Commits Suicide.

Former Disney star Lee Thompson Young, best known for his lead role in the 1990s series “The Famous Jett Jackson,” committed suicide in Los Angeles, the actor’s manager said on Monday. He was 29.
 
In a statement released by Young’s manager Jonathan Baruch after the confirmation of the Cinematic Arts graduate’s death, said the Young actually ended his own life and he will be missed.
“It is with great sadness that I announce that Lee Thompson Young tragically took his own life this morning,” “Lee was more than just a brilliant young actor, he was a wonderful and gentle soul who will be truly missed,” Baruch added.

Young was found dead by police at his home in the North Hollywood area of the city early on Monday, after his co-workers on the TNT cable drama series “Rizzoli & Isles” called authorities to say he had not turned up for work, Los Angeles Police Department spokeswoman Sergeant Jerretta Sandoz said.
Young rose to fame as Jett Jackson on the Disney Channel, in a series about a young actor working on a fictional show in North Carolina. Young went on to star on television shows such as “Friday Night Lights” and “South Beach.”


The actor most recently starred as Detective Barry Frost on “Rizzoli & Isles.” TNT, which is owned by Time Warner Inc., posted a statement on the passing of the actor on Monday in conjunction with “Rizzoli & Isles” executive producer Janet Tamaro, saying everyone was “devastated” by his death.
“We are beyond heartbroken at the loss of this sweet, gentle, good-hearted, intelligent man. He was truly a member of our family. Lee will be cherished and remembered by all who knew and loved him, both on- and off-screen, for his positive energy, infectious smile and soulful grace,” the statement said.

MAN OF STEEL controversy: Does Superman Kill?

                                                     **SPOILERS ALERT**
It's been only two weeks when I posted 2013 must see movies,in which, Man of steel appeared and by now, many more individuals might have watched the spectacular movie. Criticism, however, have reached a certain level of global awareness, lamenting on the part where Superman literally killed General Zod by dislocating his neck. Today, I've took it upon myself to clear the air from such criticism blinding most individuals with the idea that Superman was portrayed as evil in the recently released MAN OF STEEL. Indeed, that part made him seem somewhat evil but the critics never mentioned WHY he did it. For me, Superman did it only to save a family from being vaporized by Zod's laser beam..yeah!,there should have been another way to have done that without killing him, I totally agree with you. Lets rephrase a little bit, in a part where Zod said "There's ONLY ONE way to end this..Kal; either you die or I do".

Superman didn't play stupid to ignore such statement form a very powerful Kryptonian being rather he acknowledged it to his own benefit as was seen later in the movie. In the last of the epic battle, Supe had his hands around Zod's neck with Superman pleading with him to stop his act(from killing a family in front of them), Zod replied with a rather confident word "NEVER!!". There, in that very moment, Superman realized that it was either Zod or the Earthlings..there, in that moment of weakness, he cracked the life out of Zod..then, he had a moment of guilt.

You look at the calender and see series of numbers strategically fixed to different days but when I look at the calender, I see movie release(d) dates..that's how much of a movie freak I am..hehehe.
